It is really fun I always want to go to morning tea so I can come in and do this! My teacher gave me this slide on the korimako site under her name for literacy. SUPER SPEECH'S!

My blog post today is all about my SPEECH!! So sometimes at school and mainly at home because it was our homework. We got to work on our speeches mine is all about rare animals last minute I needed help from my mum so she helped me by reading it over. ( thanks mum ) So it was ready to share. When we were learning about mould I could have been sick it was disgusting as some of the results had yellow mould white mould black mould Brown mould fluffy mould yuck! Anyway Me, Charlotte and Elsie made this slide that shows you progress pics in other stuff about your mouldy bread How yuck was yours? and what mould did it have?

Magic Maori!

In cyber smart 👀 ( not actually cyber smart but anyway) 

In cyber smart ( not actually ) we had to make an animation and label everything in Maori like a chair would be Nohoanga which I only know because of the Maori dictionary I recommend for translating anything into Maori. check out the animation I did with my friend Lucy you are going to go into it and be like this is horrible it's so short but it's not done yet so what and see for the end results questions time: what is your name in Maori? use this link to find out then tell me: Kupu your name and do you know what your favored animal in Maori is? mine is a punua kurī what do you think it is? so far it has been fun cant wait to continue

GMO VS ORGANIC food!

In lockdown, in Kerins literacy, we are doing persuasive writing to start off with I will tell you the topic well the topic of this post-GMO VS ORGANIC food in google classroom I got assigned this slide and I needed to fill it out to make it easier to make it I need to make a pro and con about GMO food ( genetically modified food ) on one slide and one pro and con on organic. Let me know which one do you prefer GMO food or organic food? and say you chose organic why? and the same question but with GMO food instead.

In smith lit, we have to learn about the arts like music, art, artist and this week sculptures we had to buddy up with a year 5, and then we got to make our own sculptures it was so much fun I hope we do it again and thanks to my year 5 buddy and Miss Smith to make the slide for me to make a copy of.

My Maori Akomanga!

Stella here, my presentation is on te reo. Just quickly- what do think Akomanga means? I want to give credit to the Māori Dictionary that gave all the answers because this is my Maori Akomanga. In our maths group we wanted to find out what was the most common eye colour our teacher surveyed our class on our eye colours Hazel, Brown, Green, blue and other the data collected was put in to a tally graph then it up to use to put it in to a bar graph on the website on the first slide then screen shorted it on this slide the data we got showed more people had Blue eyes and no one had hazel eye colours!
